Praddumn Singh I love the build quality of the Moza R5 — everything feels pretty solid, except for the paddle shifters on the ES wheel. From day one, I noticed a difference between the two shifters: the left-side shifter feels new and crisp, while the right-side one feels dull. They even make different sounds when clicked, and the right paddle (the upshifter) tends to miss once or twice in every race. I was concerned, so I called VRH. The guy on the phone was always very helpful and genuine. He assured me it's under warranty and, if needed, he can repair or replace it. 10/10 for VRH, 8/10 for Moza, and 0/10 for Delhivery — I received an open box. I didn’t complain because I had already waited 20 days for it to arrive. The only part that looked dusty and wasn’t wrapped in plastic was the adapter.
